Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

1. External Relations & Communications

– Study for website enhancement in terms of customer experience, effective news spreading to the public

– Build & maintain good relationships with automotive media, journalists, influencers

– Manage company reputation through active and quick response in terms of media communication

– Collect information and feedback from press and social media to report and propose needed actions to maintain and improve public awareness in terms of products and company images

2. Internal Communications

– Issue press release, website articles, news on internal communication channels

– Organize media test drive events, press conference, initiate and prepare for press interview, BOD speech by initiating strategy, action plan and cooperating with other sections/ department, agencies and media

– Implement /support in company events in terms of PR related jobs like product launching, and company events (branding, MKT events, CSR activities…)

Minor Duties:

– Prepare document for internal company process, approval

Requirements

• Education:♊ Bachelor’s degree in public Relation, Journalism & Communication/ Marketing (preferable)
• Experience:𓃲 1-2 years of related experience, in the automobile industry is preferred. Open for fresh graduates
• Knowledgeꦯ: Public Relation/ Automobile industry/ Sales & Marketing
• Skills:♓ fluent English, strategic thinking, communication, teamwork, good at writing, detailed oriented
• Others (if any):🦄 cooperative, working under pressure, driving license (preferable)
